Your assessment findings are brought together to explain what we have identified, which factors are most relevant to your symptoms, and what may need to change to support your recovery.

Making sense of your assessment findings.
Following your assessment, the findings are brought together into a personalised Precision Gait Report.
The report explains what we have identified, the factors that are most relevant to your symptoms, and how the findings relate to the way your foot, ankle and lower limb are functioning.
It gives you a clear explanation of your assessment findings and provides the foundation for your Recovery Plan.
A personalised approach built around what needs to change.
Your recovery strategy is based on the findings from your assessment and the factors most relevant to your symptoms.
It may bring together several elements, depending on your presentation, capacity and goals.
Your recovery strategy may include:
Building strength, mobility and tissue capacity where a capacity deficit is contributing to the problem.
Adjusting the amount, intensity or frequency of activity to bring the demands on a tissue within its current capacity.
Using orthoses to modify how load is distributed or applied through the foot and lower limb where this has a clear clinical purpose.
Your plan changes as you recover.
Recovery is not a fixed set of exercises or recommendations. Your plan is reviewed according to how you respond, how your capacity develops and the activities you want to return to.
As your recovery progresses, we can adjust the rehabilitation, activity levels and other elements of your plan to match your changing needs.
The aim is to gradually build your capacity and help you return to the activities that matter to you.
Your recovery is guided by how you respond.
Follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to review your symptoms, reassess relevant measures and understand how your capacity is changing.
We can then determine whether your current strategy should continue, progress or be adjusted based on your response and your goals.
