60-90 Minute Specialist Assessment | £185

What Is Included?

Your assessment is tailored to your symptoms and presentation. It may include:

Clinical Assessment
A detailed discussion of your symptoms and relevant history, alongside clinical examination and appropriate tests.

Movement & Mobility
Assessment of how your foot, ankle and lower limb move and function.

Strength & Capacity
Testing to understand your current physical capacity and identify relevant limitations.

Gait & Loading Analysis
Where relevant, video gait analysis and pressure mapping provide further information about how load is being applied.

Clear Explanation of Your Findings
Your assessment findings are brought together to explain what may be contributing to your symptoms and what needs to change.

What Happens During Your Assessment?

We begin by discussing your symptoms, your activity levels and what you are hoping to achieve.

We then assess the factors that may be relevant to your problem. The specific tests and analysis used will depend on your symptoms and what we find during the assessment.

The aim is not to identify every abnormality. It is to identify the factors that are most relevant to your problem and understand how they relate to your symptoms.

Your assessment is unrushed and one-to-one, allowing time to bring the findings together into a clear clinical picture.

What Happens After Your Assessment?

Your findings are analysed together to understand:

Which tissue is involved?

Why may it be overloaded?

What needs to change?

The findings form the basis of your Precision Gait Report and Recovery Plan.

Your report explains the key findings from your assessment and the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Your Recovery Plan then provides a clear strategy for recovery based on your current capacity, activity demands and goals.
