By clicking “Confirm,” you agree to book a Gait Analysis and Assessment at Precision Gait
Clinic. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. If you do not receive this within 1 hour,
please contact us.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. However, to respect the time of our clinicians and other
patients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Late Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee
equal to 100% of the service cost.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge
of the appointment fee.

3. Refunds

Pre-payments are fully refundable if cancelled before the 48-hour window.

Refunds for late cancellations are not provided except in genuine emergency
circumstances (at the clinic’s discretion).

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to process back to the original payment method.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able
to see you. In this event, it will be treated as a “No-Show” and fees will apply.

5. Medical Consent & Privacy

By booking, you consent to an MSK podiatric assessment. All personal data is stored
securely in accordance with GDPR.

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS: Advanced MSK Assessment Offer

1. The Offer

Patients who book and attend a full “Advanced MSK Assessment & Gait Analysis” at
Precision Gait Clinic are eligible to receive a complimentary course of either MLS Laser
Therapy or Fascial Manipulation.

2. Clinical Suitability & Safety

All treatments are subject to a physical assessment by our HCPC registered Podiatrist.

Complimentary therapy will only be administered if the clinician deems it safe and
clinically appropriate for the patient’s specific condition.

Patients with specific contraindications (including but not limited to: active malignancy,
pregnancy, pacemakers in the treatment area, or acute systemic infection) may be
ineligible for certain therapies. An alternative management plan will be discussed, but no
cash alternative is available.

3. Course Duration & Frequency

The “Free Course” typically consists of 3 sessions. The exact number of sessions and the
frequency of treatment will be determined by the clinician based on evidence-based
protocols.

These sessions must be used for the specific condition identified during the initial MSK
Assessment.

4. Validity Period

This offer is valid for assessments booked and attended between 06/01/2026 and
06/04/2026.

All complimentary sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of the initial assessment to
ensure clinical effectiveness.

5. Booking & Cancellations

This offer is available to new patients only.

Standard clinic cancellation policies apply. If a complimentary session is cancelled with
less than 48 hours’ notice or is missed (“No Show”), that session will be forfeited from the
course.

6. General

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or insurance-funded
treatment.

Precision Gait Clinic reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time with
reasonable notice.
